Position: Home Health Aide

HiHealthCare is looking for compassionate and reliable Home Health Aides to provide exceptional in-home care to clients throughout the Kona area. If you're passionate about helping others live safely and independently, we'd love to have you on our team.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
Provide companionship and support with daily activities
Monitor and report changes in client condition
Assist with transfers and ambulation as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
Document care provided and communicate with the care team
Deliver care with dignity, compassion, and respect

Qualifications

Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred
Completion of a Nurse Aide course
CPR or BLS Certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the Kona area
Dependable, caring, and committed to quality client care

Physical Requirements

Available to work at least one shift per week
Able to stand, walk, bend, and assist clients throughout the day
Lift and transfer up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working independently in clients' homes

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
